- Open access (no key). No key. NYC Open Data exposes the "Recent Contract Awards" dataset (qyyg-4tf5) via an open Socrata API. Connector wired in production (tested 2026-06-26): paged request sorted by date, mapping object (short_title), agency (agency_name), amount and vendor to the unified schema. These are AWARD notices (downstream), hence no open deadline → _attribue. A (free) Socrata token only raises the rate limit; it is not required to read. Cron plan: daily fetch.
