O sinal,
Thousands of notices a day. ~2% are truly for your trade. The rest is noise sorted by hand. And the right contract is often seen at D−10, too late.
An « electrical » alert never sees « public lighting » or « low-voltage ». Tendveo reads the meaning, not the word.
We start from the noise.
Every day, BOAMP publishes across France. Unsorted, it is a downpour of notices where your contract gets lost.
The radar sweeps.
Region by region, Tendveo reads each notice and matches it to your trade, by meaning and not by keyword.
The signal locks in.
The contracts that concern you light up green. The rest stays dark. You only read what matters.
Every single day.
Your radar runs in the background. You get a digest, you see deadlines before the others.
Raw keyword vs Tendveo matching
A real example: a cleaning company. Left, the "cleaning" keyword alert. Right, what Tendveo keeps. The gap is visible.

Where the contracts land
Density is not random.
The lighter a region, the more it publishes. Île-de-France and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes hold the volume; but your trade changes everything, and a notice in a quiet area is often easier to win.
Contracts do not stop at the border
The same radar, at European scale.
TED publishes public contracts across the whole Union, above the EU thresholds. Pick a country, keep your trade: Tendveo applies the same meaning-based sorting.
Cross-border matching does not rely on language: we match by CPV code, shared across the whole Union. A « cleaning » profile thus surfaces « Reinigung » in Germany or « limpieza » in Spain. Fine semantic matching stays best within a language (FR on BOAMP).

The widest coverage, anywhere in the world
While other tools see only one country, or only TED, Tendveo rakes Europe AND the world: from France to the UK, from Ukraine (Prozorro) to UN tenders (UNGM). A registry of normalised connectors, a unified schema, and OCDS as a shared language: a single integration plugs in several countries at once.
Honest: 29 sources are live in production (TED, BOAMP, DECP, oeffentlichevergabe.de, PLACSP, ANAC, BASE.gov.pt, Find a Tender Service (UK), Contracts Finder (UK), Prozorro (Ukraine), CanadaBuys (Canada), DNCP (Paraguay), MTender (Moldavie), USAspending.gov (États-Unis), Grants.gov (États-Unis), SECOP II (Colombie), World Bank, PPIP (Kenya), New York City (NYC Open Data), Los Angeles, Montgomery County, MD (open data), Delaware, Cook County, IL (datacatalog.cookcountyil.gov), Cambridge, MA (data.cambridgema.gov), Texas, État de New York, PNCP (Brésil), eTenders (Afrique du Sud), Logement social & para-public (France)), 13 at sample stage, 48 ready to activate, each with its guide. Each one's status is shown.

Each dot is a real public contract. The beam sweeps Europe; the contracts that fall within a trade light up in mint. Drag to spin the scope.
BOAMP never stops.
These are the notices landing right now, raw. Your radar reads this stream continuously and keeps only yours, every day, without you watching.

What Tendveo does not promise. We cover BOAMP (DILA) for France and TED for Europe, mostly contracts above the EU thresholds. Below-threshold contracts published elsewhere and perfect multilingual matching are not part of it. We would rather say so than oversell « 100% of contracts ». Our exact coverage →
The questions we get
Where do the contracts come from?
From BOAMP, the official bulletin of public procurement notices, released as open data by DILA under Open Licence 2.0. We cite the source and date on every page.
Does matching use paid AI?
No. The score is computed by a semantic model running on our servers, without sending your data to a per-request paid API. If the model is down, a lexical engine takes over.
Do you cover all public contracts?
No, and we do not claim to. We cover BOAMP for France and TED for Europe (mostly above the EU thresholds). Below-threshold contracts published elsewhere stay out of scope. Our coverage page details it.
Is there a commitment?
None. Test for free, go paid when you want, stop when you want.
