• 28/09 Read the file and send your questions Chargé d'affaires The buyer accepts questions until 2026-10-24, but waiting means getting the answer after the proposal is written. Read the file and ask straight away.
• 24/10 Gather tax and social clearance Administratif URSSAF clearance is not instant, and an expired certificate rejects an otherwise excellent bid. Request it early, not the night before.
• 24/10 Produce three years of turnover and headcount Comptabilité These figures are requested for every contract, in the same format. Gathered once, they serve everywhere.
• 25/10 Describe the staff and equipment assigned Conducteur de travaux Only the operations lead knows how many staff, what equipment, what organisation. Nobody else can write it without inventing.
