1 · What it is

The city of Los Angeles (2nd largest U.S. city) publishes its OPEN bid opportunities on its open-data portal (Socrata API, no key), the "RAMP Open Bid Opportunities" dataset. Connector wired in production (tested 2026-06-26, via the generic Socrata engine): object, department, type (IFB/RFP), closing date and direct opportunity link, normalised to the unified schema. OPEN notices. Local classification (not CPV) → CPV left empty by design. Scope : national.

2 · Licence

3 · Access

Open access (no key). No key. Los Angeles exposes its "RAMP Open Bid Opportunities" dataset (hf3r-utnq) via an open Socrata API on data.lacity.org. Connector wired in production (tested 2026-06-26, generic Socrata engine): object (title), department, type, closing date (closedate) and link (url) mapped to the unified schema. OPEN notices. A (free) Socrata token only raises the rate limit. Cron plan: daily fetch.

5 · Where to paste the key
