- Open access (no key). No key. Diavgeia exposes an open JSON API (diavgeia.gov.gr/opendata). API confirmed on 2026-06-26. Note: Diavgeia is a TRANSPARENCY register (public decisions), not an OCDS feed of tender notices. Deriving reliable notices from it needs a dedicated adapter (filtering by procurement decision type). Until that adapter is written, the source stays to-activate rather than falsely live.
