1. Depending on your request

• An error on a record: send the notice link and what is wrong; the method page explains where each field comes from.
• Your personal data (access, rectification, objection, deletion): write from your account address; answer within one month at most, as the General Data Protection Regulation provides. Details in the privacy policy.
• A name appearing in a record (contract holder, sole trader) that you want removed from our pages: same address, with the record link; removal applies to every output.
• Billing and subscription: managed from your workspace; for a refund, the rules are on the refund page.
• A security vulnerability: see the security page.
• Publish a private tender: through the publish form, moderated by hand.

2. What we do not do by phone

We cold-call nobody. If you asked to be called back from your digest, that number is used once, for that reason only.
