4. Intellectual property: reproduction prohibited

The entire Tendveo website, together with each of its components (including the architecture, source code, interfaces, texts, data, analyses, scores, tables, charts, images, visual identity, typography and trademarks), is the exclusive property of INEYA Studio, or of third parties having granted it a licence, and is protected by intellectual property law, trademark law and database law.

No reproduction, representation, modification, extraction, reuse or exploitation, in whole or in part, in any form whatsoever, is permitted without the prior written consent of INEYA Studio. The following are, in particular, prohibited: any substantial extraction or reuse of the content of the site's databases (Articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code), as well as any scraping, harvesting, automated mass indexing or use of the content to train artificial intelligence models without prior written authorisation.

5. Trademarks

“INEYA” and “Tendveo”, together with the associated logos and distinctive signs, are trademarks and/or names reserved for INEYA Studio. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation constitutes infringement.

6. Personal data

INEYA Studio, as data controller, collects and processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, exercisable by e-mail at contact@ineya.studio or by post to the registered office. 7. Cookies

The public-contract notices displayed come from open public data (BOAMP and DILA for France, TED for Europe), reused under Open Licence 2.0 (Etalab), with source and date cited. The notices remain the property of their issuers.

11. Governing law and disputes

This legal notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of INEYA Studio's registered office. In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, a European online dispute resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
