- Open access (no key). No key. Delaware exposes its "Open Bids" dataset (2hnj-zwix) via an open Socrata API on data.delaware.gov. Connector wired in production (tested 2026-06-26): paged request sorted by open date, mapping object (contracttitle), agency (agencycode), closing date (deadlinedate) and notice link (bidurl) to the unified schema. OPEN notices. UNSPSC classification (not CPV) → CPV left empty by design. A (free) Socrata token only raises the rate limit. Cron plan: daily fetch.
