Private tenders, finally aggregated and free
Public contracts are centralised and visible. PRIVATE tenders have no publication duty: they sit on groups' supplier portals, open platforms, calls for projects and small bodies' networks. Tendveo brings 26 free sources together and sorts them by meaning, like a public contract.

Private tenders: your questions
What is a private tender?
A consultation launched by a private company or organisation (not a public buyer) to pick a supplier. Unlike public contracts, there is no central publication duty: private tenders are scattered across groups' supplier portals, open platforms and organisations' networks.
How to find private tenders for free?
Tendveo aggregates 26 free private sources: 18 large groups' supplier portals, 5 open buyer profiles (often below thresholds, off BOAMP), foundations' calls for projects, and a marketplace where buyers post directly. Describe your trade once, and the radar matches these sources like it matches public contracts.
Is it legal to aggregate these tenders?
Yes, within a strict frame. We only read public pages, respecting each site's robots.txt and terms, never bypassing authentication or a paywall. For social networks, which forbid scraping, we go only through their official APIs and under agreement. When terms forbid automated reuse, the source stays marked « to activate » rather than activated.
What about small organisations with no portal?
They often post their needs on their website or networks. The open, immediate path: they post for free on the Tendveo marketplace, and once moderated, their listing enters the radar with a « Private » badge.
How is it different from a public contract?
A public contract follows a regulated frame and official publication (BOAMP, TED). A private tender is free in form and distribution. Tendveo covers both, with a Public / Private filter and the same meaning-based sorting.
