Coverage · the moat

The widest coverage, anywhere in the world

Most watch tools cover only one country, or just republish TED. Tendveo builds the opposite: 58 normalised public sources across 42 countries, 32 private sources (partner platforms and supplier portals), AND its proprietary marketplace where private buyers post directly. Public AND private. Here is the real state, unvarnished.

6,589aggregated contracts
Honest status: 29 sources live, 13 at sample stage (realistic data on the schema, labelled), 48 ready to activate at deployment. Many national portals require a key or registration. We never claim "100% of contracts".

The second moat · private32 private sources · 26 free

The widest private coverage, for free

Everyone sees public contracts. PRIVATE tenders are scattered and invisible. Tendveo aggregates 26 FREE sources of them (large groups' supplier portals, open buyer profiles, foundations' calls for projects, small organisations' signals) and adds its proprietary marketplace. Public AND private, without paying for coverage.

Channel A · Post a tender

Our proprietary, non-copyable data, and the open path for small organisations with no portal. Buyers post for free; every listing is moderated by hand before entering the radar, then matched like a public contract, with a « Private » badge. 0 listing(s) published so far.

Channel C · supplier portals (free)

18 large groups' portals

Large groups' public supplier pages, normalised and matched like a public contract.

Channel D · open buyer profiles (free)

5 open platforms

Open buyer profiles: many below-threshold consultations, invisible on BOAMP, in open access.

Channel E · calls for projects (free)

1 semi-public source

Foundations' calls for projects and grants, in open access.

Channel F · small organisations' signals

2 social platforms

Small bodies post on their networks. We capture these signals ONLY via official APIs, under agreement, never by scraping. The immediate open path: the marketplace above.

Channel B · partner platforms (subscription)

6 private platforms

Private procurement platforms: broad coverage but access on account or paid subscription. Outside the « free » count.

Honesty: only our marketplace is « live » (we own it). The free sources are at sample stage (labelled realistic data) or ready to activate, each with its run plan. Every portal in the registry is a real URL, verified on 2026-06-26; crawling stays compliant (public pages, robots.txt + terms, no auth bypass). We never claim to aggregate what sits behind a login.

Country by country: the real depth of coverage

Each source is normalised to a single schema, with OCDS as a shared language: a single integration plugs in several countries at once. Here, country by country, the number of sources, the aggregated volume and the real status.
