The principle

A Tendveo subscription can be cancelled at any time and stops billing at the next renewal. There is no lock-in, no exit fee and no termination penalty.

What is refunded

A duplicate charge, or a charge after cancellation: fully refunded within fourteen days.
An outage longer than forty-eight consecutive hours attributable to the Provider: pro-rata refund on request.
An accidental subscription reported within seven days without significant use: full refund.

What is not refunded

The elapsed part of a cancelled period: the Service was available during it.
An annual subscription past the seven-day window, absent an outage attributable to the Provider.
Dissatisfaction with the content of the public data the Service relies on, whose accuracy is outside the Provider's control.
The absence of a commercial or administrative outcome: no such outcome is promised anywhere.

How to ask

Email contact@ineya.studio from the account address with the payment reference. A reasoned reply follows within seven business days; refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen days.

If disagreement persists

As the Service is business-only, consumer mediation does not apply; the Paris Commercial Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
