Understanding the matching
Is a keyword alert enough for tender watch?
Rarely. As soon as a contract's wording varies (a synonym, an administrative paraphrase), the exact-word alert misses the notice or brings off-topic results. Meaning-based sorting stays relevant even without the searched word.
What is semantic matching?
A comparison by meaning: a model scores how well a contract fits your activity, beyond exact words. Tendveo computes it on its own servers, with no paid API, and a lexical fallback if the model is down.
Does Tendveo find contracts that lack my keyword?
Yes. That is the point of meaning-based sorting: a notice like "premises upkeep" surfaces for a cleaning company even without the word "cleaning".
